Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, a staunch advocate for medical freedom as well as a researcher of the so-called virus COVID and the so-called COVID vaccines, has had her license suspended by the Ohio Medical Board.

The Board is claiming publicly their actions are due to her lack of cooperation - this, despite the fact TWO very reputable lawyers have been responding to their inquiries in a very timely manner for the last 2 years.

They started all this with an illegal request - they wanted Dr. Tenpenny to submit herself to a psych evaluation of which she would have to foot the $2000 bill.

The OH Medical Board was also requested to provide a definition of the charge being levied against Dr. Tenpenny - failure to cooperate - and they couldn’t.

Their tactic is nothing new in the past couple of decades and if you are unfamiliar with such tactics, it is called lawfare - in essence, they refuse to be honest and truthful as to why they are taking their actions.

Recourse is limited as the OH AG’s office under Republican David Yost (pictured above) has refused to help, opting instead to side with the Board in a conspiracy against Dr. Tenpenny.

Yost has a tendency throughout his carrier not to be decisive in most matters, preferably going with the rising tide instead of with character.

He filed a "friend-of-the-court" brief in support of the Trump campaign's attempt to invalidate ballots cast in Pennsylvania, however, in December 2020, he opposed a lawsuit filed by TX AG Ken Paxton which sought to subvert the presidential election results and prevent Biden from being certified as the winner.

Dr. Tenpenny has been retaining freedom-loving attorney Tom Renz (picture above) in her fight to represent her against the OH Medical Board.

I’ve been arm-wrestling with the Ohio State Medical board ever since the 2021 legislative hearing. After 2 years of letters and responses, the Board has decided to charge me with “failure to cooperate” - which simply isn’t true. The hearing, scheduled for August 9, 2023, is not about patient care. It is entirely based on an accusation that I have failed to comply with a procedural order.

With this hearing, we noticed 2 blatant actions of corruption and cover-up by the Ohio Medical Board that warrant legal action - meaning Renz will have to go over the head of AG Yost as well as the OH Medical Board by first going to the Supreme Court of OH and if need be to SCOTUS.

The 1st of the 2 blatant actions of corruption and cover-up…

{During} the last 2 years, the Board has sent a series of letters. Even though at the hearing they made it seem they’d been chasing me to get an answer and I never responded, we answered every one of their letters on time. Eric Jones, my other attorney involved in this situation, wrote every response and attended the board hearing on August 9, which I was not required to attend.

Dr. Sion {pictured above}, one of the board members, next read a prepared statement into the record, saying, [in part],

I have some comments as well. And I want to first state about what this case is. And what it isn't. I just feel like there might be some confusion. You know, this case is not about Dr. Tenpenny. making comments about how when you're vaccinated, 5g Towers get interfered with. It's not about Dr. Tenpenny, saying, when you're vaccinated, your body becomes magnetized. It's not about any of that, right. Really is about this whole issue of cooperation or not in on that point.

I am especially grateful to The Resistance Chicks (Michelle and Leah) and my online team for recording the entire proceeding. The hearing did not have a court stenographer. After they voted on my ‘misbehavior,’ the Board chairman called for a 10-minute recess. At that exact moment, the live stream of the public hearing was shut down and the recording was removed from YouTube. Without the actual recordings by my team and friends, the words of the Board and the egregious statements by the Assistant State Attorney General would have been lost forever.

If anything, Yost’s actions are indicative of yet another GOP member gone rogue and he needs to be either reigned in or impeached altogether.

He is NOT the first GOP member to abandon - in part or in whole - his oath to our Constitution, especially since his office has been recorded as saying that due process is overrated.

Medical schools teach students to place patients’ unique needs and personal preferences above both clinical knowledge and expertise as well as scientific evidence.

Yet both the OH Medical Board through its lawfare against Dr. Tenpenny as well as the OH AG through the abandonment of his oath to our Constitution could not care less about patient preferences.

They only care about what they want - and both have proven what they want is not conducive to the safety and well-being of the general public.

The people of Ohio need to take decisive action against the likes of both the Ohio Medical Board as well as OH AG Yost.

They need to take into consideration that

• Dr. Tenpenny may not have been the first to such action by both the OH Medical Board as well as the OH AG Yost

• Financial records of the OH Medical Board as well as the OH AG need to be audited to establish what if any relationship exists between both as well as what relationships both may have beyond one another that have the appearance of corruption and ill-doing

The actions and results of both the OH Medical Board, as well as the OH AG, have warranted nothing less.

For a couple of years, new findings were coming out so quickly and in such abundance that most of 2021 and 2022 witnessed a reality coverage of not only what was wrong with the origins and nature of COVID but also of the so-called vaccine solutions, including injuries, deaths, causes of both, as well as the effects both were having on pregnant mothers.

The Medical Profession Was Hijacked

Naomi recently shared how she saw the entire medical profession was hijacked and ended up all being on the same page - something some of us talked about but did not have all the evidence.

Your tax dollars were (and still are) being used to pay medical professionals for every 100 vaccines they are able to inject into people - and were talking 10s of 1,000s of dollars.

How we got here started with Obama and Obamacare - protocols in hospitals were totally turned upside down and evidence-based observations took a back seat and hospitals were given marching orders that were passed along to all their doctors and nurses.

The marching orders came from WHO as well as WEF - anyone not following those orders was immediately dismissed as well as had their license removed (yes, the licensing boards are in on this as well).

In May 2020, the CDC website noted in a report that the N95 masks are ineffective with influenza - the post is buried and did take some advanced searching to find it.

 

Influenza is said to be 1000x larger than the so-called COVID virus- as the so-called COVID virus has never been isolated, we’re still trying to discover how the CDC came up with this stat.

The size of a COVID-19 virus particle is said to be 125 nanometers (0.125 microns), with a range of 0.06 microns to.14 microns

So - what good are all the masks being pushed on everyone?

As the so-called COVID virus “requires” a 6-foot / 2-meter separation from everyone, then where were all the biohazard trashcans and dumpsters for the used masks that, lacking such, ended up in landfills and in the ocean?

If the so-called COVID virus is as small as all the alphabet organizations said it is, then why isn’t everyone wearing something that can stop such a small bugger, something like this…

 

The Problem with the Protocols

Before the so-called vaccines, how many people died outside of hospitals and retirement homes?

How many collapsed or died while in transit? While playing sports?

ICYMI - they only died IN hospitals and IN retirement homes.]

As expected, there is a LOT of 20/20 vision going on after the fact, after the use of the first atomic bomb - few are stepping back far enough to see what was really going on…

The 135 days that led to the use of the first atomic bomb was only the process of the final decision - there were multiple events as well as decisions that were made that led up to those 135 days, and many historians are ignoring or are choosing to remain stupid about the months, events, and decisions leading up to those 135 days…

The Situation

On May 7th 1945 Germany surrendered, ending WWII in the European theater.

However, the Pacific theater was still fervently being carried on by Japan as the Emperor remained very adamant in fighting in spite of running very low on munitions, resulting in many of the Japanese troops fighting with bayonets, knives, swords, shovels, and bare-hands

Japan was on their own - there was no Axis power nor country that could provide support or even come to their rescue (though Italy did not surrender until September, they did not have sufficient resources for themselves never mind Japan).

FDR died in April which left all the Allies with no choice but to focus on what resources they had in hand, which included bringing Harry Truman up to speed on the Manhattan Project, something of which his previous office as Vice President kept him from knowing anything about due to the projects confidentiality.

Truman also learned that Germany had the potential to create an atomic bomb but details were still sketchy (the uranium mines in Czechoslovakia were overtaken by Germany earlier in the war) - by the grace of God, Germany surrendered 4 weeks after Truman became President, thereby squelching their capability of making an atomic bomb.

As a preview of what an invasion of the Japanese home islands might look like by the allies, the violent, savage, and brutal battles at Iwo Jima (February–March 1945) and Okinawa (April–June 1945) offered them more than enough of a picture..

Any Japanese person, including civilians, surrendering to the Allies would find their family dead at the hands of the government upon return as well as knowing full well they themselves would be executed - it was far better in the Japanese culture to die in honor of trying to save Japan than to try to live their lives out as a prisoner.

Which alls meant every Japanese person had one thing to do - keep Japan alive no matter what.

Yes the cities of Nagasaki and Hiroshima were full of citizens but what work did the Emperor have them doing to keep Japan alive as long as possible?

They were, in essence a civilian workforce doing the only work that would assist in in keeping Japan alive - building military equipment.

They did nothing else save literally eat, sleep, piss, and crap - even if they got sick, they worked.

Only a few did not directly work in military equipment production so to provide a minimal means for the city to function like train and bus drivers, nurses, doctors, as well as resources for provision stores.

Given their rapidly depleting resources, Japan also did not have the means to maintain the minimal levels of a POW camp so any enemy they came upon had to be killed - no survivors were permitted, only an immediate - and very painful - death as they were bludgeoned with whatever means was available to an attacking Japanese soldier.

The projected loss of life by the Allies attacking Japan by conventional military means was fast approaching a million with a lower amount possibly injured for any that somehow survived.

All these factors - and others - remained a strong impetus to see the Manhattan Project through to its conclusion as the Japanese were very effective and efficient with their nontraditional means of warfare.

August 6th witnessed the first atomic bomb and despite leveling to the ground a city of 70,000 people the Emperor remaining adamant on fighting.

Hence the second atomic bomb on August 9th.

Nagasaki and Hiroshima were not the only such military work cities but there were among the largest - both cities were on a list of possible targets that would be finalized upon weather conditions once the B-29s arrived near and over Japan.

The Horrors of Atomic Warfare

As for the horrors of an atomic and hydrogen bombs, everyone is on the same page as the results are indisputable.

Death is immediate due to vaporization from the heat of the blast or from the percussion of the blast that results in organs being totally liquidized - destruction of all infrastructure is total.

Carefully planned strikes can wipe out a nation even continent and send the entire global community into scurrying for shelter for years, even a decade, from the resulting radiation fallout in the form of powder as well as rain.

Nothing from the surface will be usable - anything underground will eventually become contaminated to a certain extent, the closer to the surface the more likely it would be unusable for decades.

The aftermath of an atomic war will make so-called climate change advocates cries of the earth’s demise look pathetically out-of-place and totally mute.

Those that survive are doomed to a slow and agonizingly painful death - those that made it to a shelter that is geared tor this type of attack will most likely die without seeing the sun again. Their children will never know the world in which their parents once lived - IF the children make it out.

And yet, Iran and North Korea want to remain stupid about it all...

As they want to remain stupid, there will be hell on earth once again should they succeed.

Putin does talk atomic bombs but at least he is not stupid about them - and all of his talk (as well as actions that support his talk) has been as a retaliation not as a first strike.

The Double-Edged Sword

Like anything, atomic energy can be used to do a lot of good.

But, due to its nature it requires a LOT of care and safe-guarding.

One thing is for sure, no one nation will ever be able to legislate evil out of existence, that will only be accomplished one day by the good Lord above and in His time.

Anytime any civilization has tried to eliminate or legislate evil out of existence only saw their own end as doing so is evil in of itself.

There is a reason for capital punishment - it puts fear into the hearts and minds of those that want to do evil and yet we have those that are more concerned about an evil-doer's rights than that of the pain and death of those targeted by the evil doers.

Democracy will do that, it is a mob rule (50% + 1 is all it takes) - so won’t fascism, socialism, communism.

A Constitutional Republic on the other hand, never seeks equality with an evil doer - only dominance.
